Ghat is the foundation of Jadau and Polki jewellery. Its the base, and a strong ghat ensures pieces that last forever.
Khudai
Khudai involves engraving unique and intricate patterns on the ghat that are later filled with enamel. Khudai gives a Jadau piece its detail and intricacy.
Jadai
Jadai is the process of setting stones using a pure gold foil (kundan). Jadai ensures that every stone stays intact
Meenakari

Incase you would like to exchange the products, we have a FREE EXCHANGE policy of unto 7 days on all our products. However, 1 order can only be exchanged once. Please also note that we DO NOT accept exchange in the case of custom made orders. If you wish to exchange your product after 7 days of purchase, we provide unto 85% of exchange value on the selling price
Yes, if you wish to return your piece, we offer a lifetime buyback guarantee of upto 80% on all our products . (Not applicable on custom orders). However, the return value would be given taken into consideration damages, breakages, missing pieces etc. For more details checkout our return policy.
In the event of any defects or damages, please email us at (email id) within 24 hours of receiving your product along with photographs of the product highlighting the issue. Our team will respond right away to remedy the situation and a replacement order of the same design shall be placed.
