2) How long will it take to get my order?
"The delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders processed on our platform will reach you within 7-10 business days. We utilize express shipping for all orders, and they are 100% insured."
3) What is the exchange policy?
Incase you would liketo exchange the products, we have a FREE EXCHANGE policy of unto 7 days on allour products. However, 1 order can only be exchanged once. Please also notethat we DO NOT accept exchange in the case of custom made orders.If you wish to exchange your product after 7 days of purchase, we provide unto85% of exchange value on the selling price
4) Do you have a buyback policy?
Yes, if you wish toreturn your piece, we offer unto 80% return value on all our products. However,the return value would be given taken into consideration damages, breakages, missing pieces etc.
5) What materials are used in my product?
We only use solidgold (14,18 and 22k) as the basematerial in all our products. All the stones used in our pieces are natural andcertified unless specified to be man-made/synthetic. We ethically source allour gemstones (Emeralds,Rubies,Sapphires etc.)The diamonds used are also natural and certified. The clarity/color may varyaccording to the type of jewellery
6) How to take care of my jewelry?
1. Be gentle with your jewelry, especially delicate settings that can break if mishandled. Avoid wearing fine jewelry during physical activities, cooking, or anything that might scratch or damage it.
2. Although we strive for top quality and craftsmanship, our handmade jewelry may occasionally experience issues like breakage or stone displacement due to factors beyond our control.
3. Keep in mind that natural oils from your skin can affect the shine of diamonds and other precious stones. Even if you don't wear your jewelry often, it can collect dust.
4. It's best not to use commercially available jewelry boxes for storage, as they might contain adhesives that could discolor or tarnish your jewelry.
5. When getting dressed, put on your jewelry last. Makeup, cosmetics, and perfumes can potentially harm delicate pieces, so it's best to apply these products before wearing your jewelry.
6. Incase of jadau, polki, fusion jewellery, keep away from water, as well as harsh chemicals like makeup, perfume etc.
7) What if I received a damaged piece?
In the event of any defects or damages, please email us at (email id) within 24 hours of receiving your product along with photographs of the product highlighting the issue. Our team will respond right away to remedy the situation and a replacement order of the same design shall be placed.
