Shipping Policy

1. Merchandise will be dispatched and delivered between 12-14 working days after the order is confirmed. Please read the product descriptions for any exceptions in delivery times before placing your order.

2. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order two times over a period of four working days before it is considered a non-delivery and sent back to us. In such cases, you will be given store credit or will have to bear the cost of re-shipment.

3. Delays owing to customs, interstate regulations, strikes, delivery outage are unfortunately out of our control, we will always communicate the status to you.

4. We do not accept returns, however, we will be able to process an exchange for one time per order number subject to availability.

5. In case of any disputes/queries post-purchase, you can write to us at info@sutrafinejewellery.com for a resolution. We can assure you a call back for a solution within the next 48 working hours.

For International Shipments (Outside India):

Standard shipping will be free for orders above sale value $2500. But for orders below sale value $2500, applicable standard shipping will be chargeable. Shipping Charges are based on shipping destination and weight of your parcel. Shipping charges and transit time may vary, depending on the delivery location/destination. All international packages are shipped via our official logistics partners/authorized courier agents. All deliveries of goods-in-transit will be done from Monday to Friday (usual international market’s working days). International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs clearance, documentation and other formalities

Indirect Taxes such as import duty, GST, VAT, tariffs, duties, taxes, cess, octroi, handling fees, custom clearance charges, etc., as applicable, as per the laws and regulations of the importing/destination country, will be borne by the customer on or above the sale value of the goods (as the case may be) . We do not collect these taxes beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost to be incurred, because it varies widely around the world.

International shipment may require 7-21 business days or more additional processing time before shipment.

For international shipments, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Goods once sold in the international market are final and will not be taken back in any case.
