Exchange

1. We offer a hassle-free exchange policy for all our products for a period of 7 days from the date of purchase.

2. If you wish to exchange your product after the initial 7 days, we provide an exchange value of up to 80% of the original product's value.*

3. All exchanges are subject to the condition of the product. The product must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all accompanying certificates, packaging, and tags.*

4. Additionally, we offer a gift credit valid for 12 months in case of an exchange or return, allowing you to select a different product at your convenience.

Buyback

1. We proudly offer a lifetime buyback guarantee, providing you with the option to sell your product back to us at any time.

2. To qualify for a buyback, the product must be in suitable condition and meet our criteria for acceptance.

Returns

Please note that we do not offer traditional returns on our products. Instead, any request for a return will be treated as a buyback. In such cases, we will provide a buyback value of up to 70% of the original product's value, subject to our evaluation.

Conditions for Exchange:

- The product must be returned in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition.
- All accompanying certificates, packaging, and tags must be included.
- The exchange request should be made within the specified timeframe.

- The product must meet our criteria for acceptance.
