Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is the exchange policy?
Incase you would like to exchange the products, we have a FREE EXCHANGE policy of unto 7 days on all our products. However, 1 order can only be exchanged once. Please also note that we DO NOT accept exchange in the case of custom made orders.If you wish to exchange your product after 7 days of purchase, we provide unto85% of exchange value on the selling price
Do you have a buyback policy?
Yes, if you wish to return your piece, we offer unto 80% return value on all our products. However, the return value would be given taken into consideration damages, breakages, missing pieces etc.
What materials are used in my product?
We only use solid gold (14,18 and 22k) as the base material in all our products. All the stones used in our pieces are natural and certified unless specified to be man-made/synthetic. We ethically source all our gemstones (Emeralds,Rubies,Sapphires etc.)The diamonds used are also natural and certified. The clarity/color may vary according to the type of jewellery
What if I received a damaged piece?
In the event of any defects or damages, please email us at (email id) within 24 hours of receiving your product along with photographs of the product highlighting the issue. Our team will respond right away to remedy the situation and a replacement order of the same design shall be placed.
3. Keep in mind that natural oils from your skin can affect the shine of diamonds and other precious stones. Even if you don't wear your jewellery often, it can collect dust.
4. It's best not to use commercially available jewellery boxes for storage, as they might contain adhesives that could discolour or tarnish your jewellery .
5. When getting dressed, put on your jewellery last. Makeup, cosmetics, and perfumes can potentially harm delicate pieces, so it's best to apply these products before wearing your jewellery .
6. Incase of jadau, polki, fusion jewellery, keep away from water, as well as harsh chemicals like makeup, perfume etc.
